By using MTLicense ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the MTLicense platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MTLicense provides a software licensing and access control platform for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisors (EAs). The Service allows developers to issue, manage, and revoke license keys for their software products.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account or API keys with others.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to distribute malware, circumvent our licensing infrastructure, violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in fraudulent practices toward end users.

5. Subscription and Billing

• MTLicense offers monthly subscription plans billed in advance.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until end of the billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. After the trial, a paid plan is required to continue. We may modify or discontinue free trials at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The MTLicense platform is owned by MTLicense. You retain ownership of your EA software and customer data. By using our API, you grant us permission to process your data to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 24/7 uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime from maintenance or events beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTLicense shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
